Senior Sensitivity Training
To ensure we are allies for our customers as they navigate their care, we ask all our associates to partake in Senior Sensitivity Training. This workshop gives our associates an understanding of what it is like to be elderly, including an aging exercise simulating how it feels to walk in their shoes.
